Being able to acknowledge and adjust your style will increase your leadership potential as well as having a positive impact on team success, as those individuals you are working with will feel more included and engaged.

Harvard Business Reviews research around leadership and team communication shows teams that are both inclusive and engaged make better decisions up to 87% of the time, as a leader adjusting your communication style will tremendously influence this.
